Unlike traditional consultancies, we use an “inside out, bottom up” approach. We roll up our sleeves, dive into the trenches with you, and make your business function better than it ever has before.
Our engagement typically follows an organizational transformation cycle model of assessment, planning, implementation, and ongoing management. An initial business assessment includes identifying the organizational strengths, weaknesses, and management gaps.
We then tailor our role to mesh with a client’s management team to provide the specialized skills necessary for their success. We customize a strategy considering each business’s resources and management team’s strengths, focusing on strategic change implementation and effective on-going management.
This allows businesses to acquire the needed high and mid-level expertise to complete their management team without breaking the bank. Our hand on RAM Team can be engaged on an interim- or permanent-basis depending on the best-fit strategy.
